J -- Provide preventative maintenance, repair, inspection and testing of boilers at Naval Station Newport, RI

Obtain services for a Contractor to provide preventative maintenance, repair, inspection and testing, environmental testing and analysis, for boilers, air emissions monitoring systems, boiler control systems, burner management systems, distributed control systems, ancillary system regulators, plant pressure masters, a fiber optic boiler communication local area network and associated computer software and hardware, and related systems and equipment. The boilers included are four (4) 150 PSIG boilers at the main distribution plant for Naval Station Newport at Bldg. #7; three (3) 125 PSIG boilers at the Naval Ambulatory Care Clinic (NACC) in Bldg. #A-6; two (2) 125 PSIG boilers at the Fire Fighter Trainer (FFT) in Bldg. #1276.Anticipating a set-aside for Small Business concerns, this will be going out as a Performanced Based, Source Selection Plan for Low price technically acceptable bids. All bidders should be registered in Contractor's Central Data Base and have a Dun and Brad Street number and Cage Code number.
