Electrical Switch/Breaker Maintenance Services

The Contractor shall provide all technical supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to perform the scope of work as described for a complete 5 Year Periodic Test, Inspection, and Maintenance of the Electrical Distribution Switchgear. Testing shall be in accordance with the latest editions of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA); National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance (NFPA 70B), Standard for Electrical Safety Requirements for Employee Workplaces (NFPA 70E), Standard for Health Care Facilities (NFPA 99), Life Safety Code (NFPA 101), Recommended Practice for protection and Coordination of Industrial and Commercial Power Systems (IEEE 242-2001). The Project includes Testing of existing electrical switchgear, switchboards, distribution panelboards, primary oil filled transformers, primary switches, and underground primary cabling systems. Work also includes performing required maintenance on existing switchgear. The complete solicitation and supporting documents will posted on or about 25 June 2021.
