Z -- Foundation Repairs, Sisk House

The work includes temporary shoring, stone masonry foundation rebuilding and exterior drainage work in the basement of the Sisk House at the St. Croix Island International Historic Site, Red Beach, Maine owned and operated by the National Park Service, Acadia National Park. ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. BIDDERS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAILURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Registration can be accomplished on www.ccr2000.com. Replies to this notice are requested from NAICS 238140, Masonry Contractors. The issuing office for this solicitation is Officer in Charge of Construction, NAVFAC Contracts, 633 U. S. Route 1, Jonesboro, ME 04648. The point of contact for this solicitation is Allison D. The official access to the solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil on or about 21 APR 05. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet and the official plan holder’s list will be maintained on, and can be printed from the Internet site. All prospective bidders must register as plan holders on the Internet EBS website for this project. Each company must indicate it’s name, address, phone number, and e-mail address; identify whether the firm is a prime, sub or supplier and indicate whether firm is a Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Large Business or if a firm is a Woman-Owned Business. Plan centers are also required to register. It is therefore, the contractor’s responsibility to check the above listed address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation’s plans and specifications.
