The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a single Firm Fixed-Price Contract and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase and delivery of 175 (each), concrete jersey wall barriers. The required delivery date is 30 September 2018. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 23812, Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors: Concrete product. The size standard is $15,000,000.00. The requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that will be reverse auctioned through FedBid.
