Rebuild ATON in San Joaquin and San Francisco Bay for San Joaquin River and San Francisco Bay, California

The purpose of this contract solicitation is to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to install, replace, or remove aid-to-navigation (ATON) structures at the San Joaquin River and San Francisco Bay, Ca. Base CLIN includes work in eight ATON structures located at San Joaquin River, San Pablo Bay and Suisun Bay. Option CLINs include six additional ATON structures in located in the Pinole, Belvedere, Berkley North Breakwater, Carquinez Straight, Berkley Marina and Stockton Channel Work includes: (1) Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures; (2) ATON parts fabrication. (3) Geodetic surveys conducted by a Professional Land Surveyor. Invitations for bids (IFB) shall be prepared in accordance with Subpart 14.2 and this section using the forms prescribed in Part 53. Specifics for the Project are contained in Section J of the solicitation. Proposal requirements are contained in Section L of the IFB. Award evaluation criteria are established in Section M of the IFB. The IFB for this procurement will be available for viewing and downloading on approximately April 20, 2018. The date for receipt of proposals is 3:00 p.m., P.S.T., May 20, 218 and it will be shown on the Solicitation, Offer and Award (Standard Form 1442).
