RECOVERY-PAVING IDIQ TASK ORDER

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established IDIQ Contract with Olmos Construction Inc. Project Scope This Task Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract Number FA3047-04-D-0013 and any modifications thereto. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and any incidentals necessary to complete the line items associated with the specified project. Project will consist of Patrol Road asphalt repair and shoulder construction from the intersecion of Medina Base & Patrol Road.
