PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project # 659-19-116 New and Repair Existing Sidewalks for VAMC Salisbury, NC The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 695-19-116, to provide new and repair existing sidewalks at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. General Scope: The contractor shall place new sidewalks and repair existing sidewalks identified in the drawings, which will accompany any subsequent solicitation(s). Work shall include but not be limited to preparation of new site, new sidewalks, repair of existing sidewalks, replacing old sidewalks and other items as noted in solicitation package. Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS CODE: 237310 Size Standard: $36.5 Million The resulting solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Solicitation material will be available on/about July 1, 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
