RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available only to Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc, 501 North Broadway, Saint Louis, MO 63102-2131. Work Order 52 (GS-P-06-11-GZ-5017) for $157,289.00 will be awarded for Commissioning Services for the ARRA Building 104 VA (IMO00097) project, at the Federal Complex, 4300 Goodfellow, St. Louis, MO 63120-1703. The work to be delivered includes, but is not limited to: providing commissioning work on the ventilation HVAC system and hydronic HVAC system. The ventilation HVAC system work will include air handling units, ventilation fans, humidifiers, electric heating coils, refrigerant monitor and purge, and electric unit heaters. The hydronic HVAC system work will include hot and chilled water pumps, chillers, cooling towers and boilers. The Building Automation System (BAS) related to the systems and equipment will also be commissioned. This work order is awarded using the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Construction Manager Contract for the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6 (GS06P08GZD0001). The FSC Code is R499, NAICS Code 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. The work will be performed at the Federal Complex, 4300 Goodfellow, St. Louis, MO 63120-1703.
