The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Glynco, GA (FLETC)) intends to solicit proposals in support of the relocation of one (1) modular building identified as Building 760 as a 100% small business set-aside. The building is approximately 28' x 70' in size, constructed of wood framing with metal siding. The building is to be moved from its current location on the FLETC campus and reconstructed at its proposed new location on the campus. Additional details and drawings will be provided in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a RFP will be issued approximately 5 days after release of this announcement. A site visit is expected to be held approximately 7 days after release of the solicitation. The estimated Proposal Due Date is 08 December 2017. All dates listed herein are subject to change, but will be stated in the solicitation. The estimated construction range of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. Offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov, and is available to contractors without charge.
