SOLICITATION NOTICE HAS BEEN POSTED UNDER 70LGLYRSSB00019 Pre Solicitation Notice This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation synopsis for upcoming project at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco, GA, to renovate an existing townhouse at Building 386 E/F. The work includes, but is not limited to the renovation of an existing townhouse, Building 386 E/F, at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia. The project will include, but not limited to, the dismantling and disposal of cased goods furniture, painting, low voltage cabling, and electrical (new and rework), furniture, and misc. construction items. The contractor shall take in account for the necessary items for the completion and professional implementation of the scope of work and functional use of space. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified and listed by the Small Business Administration as a qualified small business concern. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this requirement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.. The period of performance shall be for 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. This is a new procurement it does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
