Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for Station Improvements at U.S. Coast Guard Station Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) Remove existing 2-pipe chilled/hot water piping system, fan coil units, one boiler complete with pumps, and portions of the suspended acoustical ceiling system; (2) install new 4-pipe hydronic system complete with valves and fittings; (3) install new boiler complete with pumps chemical treatment system, DDC controls, and all appurtenances; (4) install two new air handling units with ductwork; (5) install new acoustical ceiling systems and carpeting; (6) abate mold contamination throughout the Station Building; (7) Remove and install new roofing on the Station Building, Boathouse and UPH Building; and (8) Repair water damaged plaster and drywall in basement. The NAICS is 236220 size standard $28.5M. The estimated range is $500,000 - $1M. This procurement is a small business set-aside. Performance Period is 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
