Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install new small boat moorings & fueling system at USCG Station St. Petersburg, FL. The work includes but is not limited to: A. Furnish and install (2) 10’-0” wide by 80’-0” long concrete floating docks and associated gangways and utilities; B. Furnish and install a new gasoline dispensing system consisting of a new 3000 gallon above ground tank, (2) dispensing units/hose reels, associated piping and containment; and C. Construct a new 120’-0” long wave attenuator wall consisting of steel pipe/steel sheet pile and associated rip-rap. Funds are not currently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the bid opening date. The estimated range is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Performance Period is 180 DANTP. This action is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $31.0M. The Prime Contractor shall perform, at a minimum, 15% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. No telephone or written requests for solicitation or posting status. A bid bond is not required for offers under $100,000. A Plan Holders List or Bidder’s List is not available from this office.
