H--NATURAL GAS LEAK AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, travel expenses, and equipment necessary to perform a gas leak survey and inspection and tests of regulator systems. The contractor shall keep complete records of all surveys, tests, inspections to include dates of inspections performed, locations, and classification of leaks. The contractor shall perform all work in strict compliance with Transportation Safety Institutes Pipeline Safety Regulations 49 CFR Part 192 - Minimum Federal Safety Standards. Anything damaged by the Contractors negligence shall be restored to original condition without additional cost to the Government. The site of the proposed work is Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated period of performance is 1 July 2009 - 31 December 2009.
