American Water Operations & Maintenance, Inc. was awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), 50 year contract for ownership, operation, and maintenance of the water distribution and wastewater collection system at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This amendment applies only to the solicitation for the electical distribution system.
