H--Acquisition of services for installation of 13 monitoring wells at the Lipari Landfill Superfund Site, in Mantua Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey.

This Amendment is issued to make the following changes/clarifications: 1.) Block 10 of the SF 1449 is changed from Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted. 2.) Contractors are required to submit the information requested in Section 1.4 of the SF 1449 before an award can be considered. 3.) The due date for quotes is extended from February 28, 2006 to March 3, 2006, at 4:00PM, local time.
