91--27,000 gallons of propane gas, liquid bulk delivery F.O.B. destination to Mechanicsburg, PA during the period of 01 February 2010 through 31 January 2011

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department intends to acquire a total of 27,000 gallons of propane gas, liquid bulk delivery F.O.B. destination to nine buildings of the Naval Facilities Mid-Atlantic in Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 during the period of 01 February 2010 through 31 January 2011. This requirement is a total set aside for small businesses. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued using the Government Credit Card as the method of payment. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotations. This notice constitutes the request for quotation. No solicitation will be issued. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. The Government Credit Card will be used as the method of payment. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.ccr.gov.
