The NAICS Code is 112930 and the Standard Business Size of 500 employees. The sole source award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b)(1); only one source will satisfy Agency requirements. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. CDC is not requesting competitive proposals and no solicitation will be available.
