Solar Lighting Provide solar paver long life LED security lighting at the east and south property lines a the Miami Job Corps Center. The fixtures shall be a Dark Sky Association Approved, LI.L Listed fixture. Provide 3 pole mounted security lights, mounted a minimum of 20 feet high. Provide a maintenance free battery. The location of poles shall be approved by the center prior to installation. Lights shall be activated from dust to dawn with photocell control. Provide manual on/off switch. Battery shall have three day back-up power. Battery shall have three day a three day back-up. The battery shall have an expected life of greater than 5 years. Provide a light rated at 4,000 lumens or more. Provide 2 Ft. or less stub arm for fixture off pole. Provide Miami/Dade County code compliant structures and poles. All work & installation shall comply with all Appliance National, Local Estate of Florida, Miami-Dade County, Miami City, and Local Code Requirements. * Add Alternate: Provide an Alternate price for the complete installation of one pole mounted light fixture should the center choose to add additional lighting. * The award will be determine on the base bid.
