Covered Parking Spaces w/i 1,000 feet of 250 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD

Approximately 76 parking spaces for the period 10/1/14 through 9/30/15, with an option for parking for two additional one-year periods: 1. Spaces must be covered and must be located within 1,000 feet of 250 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD. 2. Parking facility must have more than one entrance and exit. 3. Employees must be able to park their own cars, keep their keys, and have unlimited in and out access at no additional cost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. Parking facility must be well lit throughout, including elevators, stairwells, entrances, and all areas accessible by the public. 5. Parking facility must be a safe and secure environment. 6. Parking facility must be clean with appropriate ventilation and exhaust. 7. Two or more government vehicles will remain parked there when not in use. 8. Contractor shall provide parking passes with an ID number on each pass. The number of spaces needed may vary throughout the term of the contract. Payment will be made on a monthly basis based on the number of spaces utilized during the month billed for. Contractor will be notified promptly when the number of required spaces increases/decreased and shall advise the contractor of the revised contract ceiling price resulting from the change in the requirement.
