Foreclosures in the Eastern District of Kentucky and Title services for the Entire State of Kentucky

The objective of this contract is to retain private attorneys or law firms (hereinafter called "contractor") to provide Single Family Housing Foreclosures in connection with foreclosures without deficiency judgments related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to the United States of America, Rural Development, [formerly Farmers Home Administration], United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). All suits will be filed in the Federal Court for the U.S. District covered by this purchase order (the U.S. District Court where the security property is located), and must be by Ordinary Process, not Executory Process.
