The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with NTT Data Japan Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
