The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT REGISTERED NURSE SERVICES FOR THE HOPI HEALTH CARE CENTER (HHCC) LOCATED IN POLACCA, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance – Estimated base period of 23 September 2025 thru 22 September 2026. Place of Performance: HOPI HEALTH CARE CENTER P.O.
