OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Architect-Engineer services to complete the below scope of work. The place of performance will be the hospital campus of the Central Virginia VA Health Care System in Richmond, Virginia. Forward all questions to the point of contact identified below. SCOPE OF WORK Architect/Engineer (A/E): The Contractor will perform all professional A/E services necessary to provide design and construction period services for project 652-25-111 Repair USP 800 AC-59. The A/E project involves evaluating the existing AHU 59, confirm its current functional support of the existing Pharmacy spaces it serves, to identify if the existing areas are supported according to VA requirements, to identify the areas that are not supported and to generate a design plan for how to bring AHU 59 functions to be compliant with current requirements for the identified existing Pharmacy spaces served by the unit.
