This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-20-Q-71562 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is a small business set aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541990 , Size Standard $16.5 Million . This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 (Mar. 30, 2020). *See attached Request for Quotations (SF18) for statement of work, clauses, and provisions. The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror, but offerors should include a separate technical and price quote. Your price quote should include a breakdown of labor, labor rates, materials and associated costs. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
