PROTEOMIC ANALYSIS OF CANCER PATIENT PLASMA SAMPLES

Reports of the sample analysis and results of relative quantitation of over 5000 proteins for each of 100 human plasma samples will be delivered. Data provided shall in parquet files, including study design, experimental conditions, and results for each protein analyzed. This analysis will be conducted at the contractor labs, no installation/training are needed. This is also a one-time analysis, there are on option periods.
