The Government anticipates awarding a Labor Hour Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award.
