FDA's Intent to Sole Source - Automated Call Distribution Enterprise - Wide Project: Genesys Software Licenses and Support

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Streamlined solicitation of offers for commercial products or commercial services for use where appropriate., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends on doing a sole source requirement due to the exclusive rights to sell Pure Connect Licenses to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA is not requesting competitive quotes due to this being anticipated as a sole-source requirement.
