One Time Buy for KGS Force Government Solutions (KGS)TraumaFX EMITT-TacMed Upper: (KGS-TFXEMITT- TMU-1

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is pursuant to award of a Requisition received from the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command for a quantity of 2 of KForce Government Solutions (KGS) TraumaFX EMITT-TacMed Upper: (KGS-TFX-EMITT-TMU-1) Brand Name Only (see Limited Source Justification IAW FAR 6.302-1(c) attachment) These will be used to interface with KGS simulators already purchased from KGS and in place at Imperial Beach, CA 91932 and will be delivered FOB Destination to 91932 within 45 days ARO. This procurement is being solicited via Open Market; thus FAR Subpart 6.3 is being invoked to limit sources to only KForce Government Solutions (KGS) TraumaFX EMITT-TacMed Upper: (KGS-TFX-EMITT-TMU-1) Brand Name Only. Vendor will have three business days to respond to the RFQ. Award will be made using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable with FOB Destination pricing and marked in accordance with MILITARY STANDARD 129R. (See attachment) Quantity listed is guaranteed. Also, note Facsimile is not an acceptable method of receiving orders. Prior to fulfilling orders, vendors will need to have access to either Vendor Portal or EDI. To facilitate the transition to EDI or Vendor Portal, the government will allow vendors to choose either Vendor Portal or EDI for conducting business transactions with GSA. (Please see Attachment C entitled EDI Vendor Portal Contract Requirements). Past performance evaluation will include a review of Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information Systems (FAPIIS.gov) and System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to determine capability to perform the contract.
