Discussions are not anticapted. First Article testing will be required and there is an option for additional quantities for each of the 3 springs. Payments will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Quote MUST include shipping to Rock Island Arsenal, IL, 61299 Attachment 0002 Price Matrix should be completed and returned with Quote Quotes are due by 12 PM, February 17, 2026 Certificate of Conformance is required. Certified Test Report is required.
