This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-7, effective August 11, 2011. This is an unrestricted procurement. This combined synopsis/solicitation is not set-aside and is a Full and Open Solicitation.
