Training People with Disabilities for Cybersecurity Jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina

This program would afford individuals with disabilities the opportunity to receive training that would result in a meaningful career with vast potential and a demonstrable shortage of skilled individuals. Drawing on best practices for individualized learning styles, reasonable accommodation approaches, and technology solutions, this program should follow a-train-to-place model for public and private sector employers in BiH. This is an opportunity to invest in an untapped talent pipeline, developing the country’s workforce, and investing in future success, while shattering notions that people with disabilities cannot compete for fast paced technology jobs and careers. The project addresses a clear need in the public and private sector for cybersecurity professionals and provides people with disabilities improved social inclusion opportunities through employment.
