FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia intends to solicit a sole source commercial item basis per FAR part 12, pursuant to FAR part 6.302-1 with MTA Bridge and Tunnel Authority for New York for 171 EZ Passes to be used by the Navy Recruiting District New York area. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00189-08-Q-0001 contemplates a firm fixed contract. Access of services is required immediate after receipt of order. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR part 13.
