V--Transportation of Household Furniture and Appliances

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for the transportation of household furniture and appliances from Fort Polk, LA to White Sands Missile Range, NM. Also, on the Current Solicitations and Sources Sought page yo u will see the Proposal Summary link. This form should be filled out and accompany your proposal. The Proposal Summary is being used instead of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. Award will be made to a single offe ror. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 484121 with a small business size standard of $21,500,000.00. The contract type will be fixed price. Quotes will be evaluated on price-related factors and ability to meet specifications of the synopsis/solicitation. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. Your price shall be inclusive of all charges to perform all tasks in the scope of work, FOB White Sands Missile Range. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination .
