The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the equal product cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ 15-Q-0638 to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. An equal must be an exact equal and will require approval by the originator prior to award. All part numbers must be manufacturer's part numbers. All quotes must include the delivery lead time after award of contract. All items must be on contract at time of submission. All quotes MUST state whether or not the items quoted are TAA compliant. If the quote does not state whether the items are TAA compliant or not, the quote will be rendered incomplete and will not be used. Vendors must be registered in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). If you are not registered, your quote may be refused. Please keep your SAM updated. Please include your CAGE code on your quote. UID labels are required for all items with a unit price of $5,000.00 or over (MIL-STD-130N W/Change 1, 15-JUN-07).
