There the following is corrected to read: Eight (8) Travel Trailers (sleeps 2 - NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEDROOMS) Eight (8) Travel Trailers (sleeps 3 - NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEDROOMS) ******************************************************************** FEMA has and emergency need to purchase 16 travel trailers for immediate delivery. As a result, this bid is being posted for only 3 hours. FEMA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase for up to sixteen (16) travel trailers that are to be delivered over a two day period. All items sold to FEMA shall be new, never used, nor have been lent or rented. The solicitation will be issued for only Local Firms in the State of California. The resulting award will be a purchase order to supply trailers and deliver to designated areas determined by FEMA. The travel trailers shall be manufactured to meet the following standards: • Standard for RVs NFPA 1192 Standard on Recreational Vehicles (applicable edition when the travel trailer was built) • ANSI/RVIA Standard for Low Voltage Systems (applicable edition when the travel trailer was built) • ANSI TSIC-1 Process Control for Assembly of Wheels on Trailers • Applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards and regulations Provided below is a description of the services being acquired. Eight (8) 2 Bed Travel Trailers (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEDROOMS) Eight (8) 3 Bed Travel Trailers (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH BEDROOMS) • 30amps or 50amps. • RECOMMEND ALL UNITS TO HAVE SLIDE OUTS. • TANKS OF PROPANE REQUESTED ON THE UNITS AT PURCHASE TO BE FULL TRAILERS ARE TO BE DELIVERD TO either the Sharpe MHU Staging Area (OR) the McClellan Staging Area 4810 Patrol RD.
