This solicitation is pursuant to the award of an Open Market Term Contract for one (1) Samsung toner cartridge with a part number that is manufactured in a country not in compliance with the Trade Agreement Act of 1979 codified at 19 U.S.C 2501-2581. National Stock Number (NSN) 7510-01-602-9202, P/N MLT-D307L The period of performance under this Term Contract is one (1) base year with the opportunity for one (1) option year period. The total period of performance shall not exceed twenty four (24) months. Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the attached solicitation document, including, but not limited to the following: - - This award is being set aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19 - - Only Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) items will be considered for award and all quoted items are subject to review by the GSA Region 2 Acquisition Center’s Technical Services Branch. Compatible or remanufactured items will not be considered for award. - - - Price, delivery and past performance are considered for award. The initial award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. - DELIVERY : Deliveries will be made within CONUS and outside (OCONUS) the continental United States. FOB Destination Delivery is required within seven (7) days after receipt of order (ARO).
