The FAST Act, Public Law 114-94, section 1123, established the NSFLTP Program to fund projects to construct, reconstruct, or rehabilitate transportation facilities within, adjacent to, or accessing Federal and Tribal lands The NSFLTP Program provides an opportunity to address significant challenges across the Nation for transportation facilities that serve Federal and Tribal lands Amendment 3 to NOFO (Posted 07/06/2023): Amendment 3 has been posted to grants.gov for the purpose of providing the PowerPoint slides used during the 08/17/2023 Informational Webinar for the NSFLTP NOFO, as well as a link to the webinar's recording.
