Portsmouth Gym Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912TF-17-T-0011, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 - Sporting and Athletic Equipment a small business size standard of 750 Employees. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Since the acquisition is expected to be over $25,000 and applicable PSC and NAICS are not on the SBA's Non-Manufactures Class Waiver list, a firm must perform at least 50% of the cost of manufacturing the supplies. To be considered for this award, the contractor shall: 1.) Be able to meet all requirements defined in the solicitation, 2.) Be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database per DFARS 252.204-7004 (www.sam.gov); 3.) Contractor shall be able to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) (https://wawf.eb.mil) for payments to be processed electronically. The solicitation will start on Wednesday, 15 February 2017 and will end on Wednesday, 1 March 2017 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is for gym equipment for the Portsmouth Readiness Center. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please see attached Solicitation W912TF-17-T-0011 for details. All interested vendors must respond by 1 March 2017 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be followed. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to [email protected].
