AUTOCLAVES FOR DENTAL AT NORTHERN NAVAJO MEDICAL CENTER

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) IHS1402654. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. (iv) The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 339114 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. (v) PRICE/COST SCHEDULE – See Fee Schedule. (vi) PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: Autoclaves for the Northern Navajo Medical Center Dental Department, Shiprock, NM. (vii) Date and Place of Delivery: 30 days after award (viii) PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: Autoclaves to sterilize instruments for the Dental Department. (ix) Evaluation Factors: This will be a best value procurement. Evaluation Factors: Past Performance, Capability and Warranty Terms. These non-cost factors are significantly more important than price. The Government will determine the reasonableness of each acceptable offer.
