The RFQ number is N0018926QZ049.The NAICS code is 485999 and the Small Business Standard is $19.0M.The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department Pentagon Directorate hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) service contract. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the instant procurement on a sole source basis to State Of Illinois Toll Highway Authority (CAGE: 1GVD4), an other than small business pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. The sole source nature of this requirement is based on the determination that State Of Illinois Toll Highway Authority is the only vendor that can provide EZ Pass services for use by the Government as required by this acquisition. The requirement is being processed on behalf of the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC)?s Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Great Lakes. A Government technical point of contact for delivery will be provided at the time of contract award. The contractor is to provide services and products as described within the attachment to this posting. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
